Mesa Group exists because too many hardworking people navigate one of the most important systems in their lives completely alone. We built the partner they never had.
In most households, there's an unspoken rule. You don't talk about money at the dinner table. Finances stay private. Struggles stay hidden. Pride keeps the conversation closed, and the cycle continues.
Mesa means table.
We named this company to challenge that silence. What if families actually sat down and talked about credit? About debt? About building something the next generation could inherit? What if there was someone at that table who understood the struggle and could show you the way forward without judgment?
That's what we built.
We help people first. Always.

Mesa Group was born from a promise. A promise that no family should have to navigate the financial system blind, the way so many families have.
Our founder watched his immigrant parents navigate a system no one ever explained to them. Two jobs. Paid their bills. Did everything right. And the system still almost crushed them. He saw the foreclosure notices. The bankruptcy filing. The shame that followed people who worked harder than anyone and still ended up on the wrong side of a number on a report.
When he tried to build his own life, the same mistakes followed. Credit completely shot. A business that collapsed. Nearly nothing in the bank. No blueprint. No guidance.
But then came the realization that changed everything.
Bad credit doesn't mean you're irresponsible. It means no one taught you.
And if no one taught hardworking immigrants who risked everything to build a life in this country, how many other families were navigating this same system blind?
That's why Mesa Group exists. Not to fix credit scores. Not to push financial products. To be the financial partner those families never had: for credit, for funding, for debt, for protection, for everything that comes with building a life worth passing down.
Today, we've helped over 2,500 individuals, families, and businesses transform their financial futures. We've turned denials into approvals. Debt into freedom. Confusion into clarity. And every single client we've helped is now equipped to teach the next generation what no one taught them.
That's the real legacy. Not restoring credit. Breaking generational cycles.
We help people first. Always.
To provide fast, ethical, and empowering financial solutions that help people across all generations and backgrounds take control of their credit, funding, and financial future.
We serve the younger generation so they don't repeat the mistakes their parents made. We serve the older generation because it is never too late to start. And we treat every client who walks through our door (whether they arrive with a 300 or an 800, whether they need credit restoration or business capital or a will for their family) with the same respect, care, and dedication.

We treat every client like family because that's how we were raised. Whether you're restoring credit, getting out of debt, accessing business funding, or protecting your family's future with a will or life insurance. Every conversation comes from a place of respect and genuine commitment. When you work with Mesa, you're not a transaction. You're part of something.
Everything we do is rooted in service, compassion, and belief. Belief in new beginnings. Belief that your breakthrough is already written. We're just here to help you walk it out. We answer to a higher standard, and that standard shows up in every interaction, every service, every outcome. "Where God guides, He provides." — Isaiah 58:11
We tell you what we can do and what we can't, upfront. If credit restoration makes sense for you, we'll tell you. If debt relief is the smarter first step, we'll tell you that instead. No pressure. No shortcuts. No illegal tactics. You trust us with your financial future and we never take that lightly.
The wealthy have always had access to financial advisors, estate planners, credit specialists, and funding networks. Most people haven't. We built Mesa to change that. Real transformation happens when you understand how the system works, not just how to navigate it once, but how to use it for the rest of your life. Our goal isn't to make you dependent on us. It's to make sure you never need us again.
Credit cards. Personal loans. Auto refinancing. Business funding. Debt relief. Estate planning. Life insurance. These aren't services reserved for people who already have money. They're tools every family deserves access to. Mesa Group exists to put those tools in your hands, with honest guidance on which ones actually fit your life, and none of the judgment that usually comes with it.
This company was born in Bakersfield, California, and carries the heart of everyone who built something here against the odds.
Every person on this team shows up for one reason. To help you figure out your best path forward and stay with you until you get there.

Aileen grew up in California as a first generation college graduate in a household that taught her early that you create your own opportunities. Becoming a mother shifted everything. It gave her a new level of purpose and a reason to want more, not just for herself but for her son. Before joining Mesa she worked for the county, gained real experience, and eventually realized she wanted something that offered more growth and more impact. Mesa was that answer. Day to day Aileen is the person clients meet when everything still feels overwhelming. She breaks things down, answers the questions people are embarrassed to ask, fixes what needs fixing, and makes sure nobody falls through the cracks. She once worked with a client who had completely given up on the idea that their situation could change. She stayed with them, walked them through every step, and watched something shift. Not just in their credit. In how they saw themselves. Aileen shows up every day because she knows what it feels like to want better and not know where to start. She wants to be the person who helps you get there.

Evert was born in Los Angeles and raised in Bakersfield from the age of eight, the son of Salvadoran immigrants who came to this country chasing something better. Growing up as a first generation American meant he was often the one translating, not just language but life. Finances fascinated him early because he noticed a pattern. The families that got ahead understood money. The ones that struggled, including his own, never got the chance to learn. He joined a local credit union program in high school and never looked back, building a career that moved through banking, digital marketing, research and development, sales, and financial consulting before everything clicked into place at Mesa. He is, as he puts it, a true byproduct of the Mesa product. He has lived the journey firsthand and that is exactly why he understands it so deeply. Today his days are spent making sure operations run the way they should, working closely with lenders and realtors to prepare clients for homeownership, and constantly building the systems and platforms that make Mesa better for the people who need it. The client moments that stay with him are the ones where someone believed their life was over because of a three digit number. He has watched those same people open businesses, get keys to their first home, and finally buy the car they always wanted. He shows up every day because when he looks at his clients he sees his parents. The immigrant family with no support, no guidance, and no one who could speak their language and help them navigate a new life. Mesa is the answer he wishes they had always had.

Gurtej grew up in Yuba City, California in the kind of household where hard work was not a value that got talked about. It got demonstrated. Working at his family's store from a young age taught him how to read people, how to communicate across cultures, and how to show up for someone regardless of where they were coming from. He spent seven years as a nurse before making one of the most deliberate decisions of his life. He understood firsthand what it felt like to work hard and still feel behind financially, and he refused to accept that as permanent. He walked away from nursing, went all in on securing his own financial future, and never looked back. Today he brings that same conviction to every client he works with. Gurtej does not guess and he does not sugarcoat. He assesses where you are, builds you a clear path forward, and stays in your corner until the work is done. Clients come to Gurtej ready to move. They leave knowing exactly how.

Harpreet was born in Punjab, India and came to California in 1995 when his parents brought the family west in search of something better. They settled eventually in Bakersfield, where Harpreet grew up as one of the few Indian kids in his school. The bullying was real, but so was the character it built. He would not change a thing. Before joining Mesa he spent years as a nurse, showing up every day for people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. That same instinct is what drives his work here. When a client calls him back to say they finally got approved for a home or a car, he says it is a feeling that cannot be replaced. It reminds him of why he became a nurse in the first place. Harpreet shows up for his clients because he knows what it feels like to navigate something completely foreign without anyone to guide you. Credit is that thing for so many people, especially in the Punjabi community. He is the person he wishes had existed when he was first learning. That is the whole reason he is here.

Justin was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, the son of two Salvadoran immigrants who instilled in him a deep appreciation for hard work and opportunity. Soccer was his first teacher. The discipline, the teamwork, the competitiveness it built in him never left. Mesa was his first job out of high school and he came in not as someone handed a position but as someone who saw what was being built and wanted to be part of it. Day to day Justin is the person clients feel when they interact with Mesa. He stays close to clients throughout their journey, answering questions, providing clarity, and making sure nobody feels like they are navigating this alone. What has stuck with him over time is not any single client moment but the pattern across all of them. Not everyone has been given the same financial knowledge. Being the person who closes that gap, even in a single conversation, is what makes the work meaningful to him. Justin grew up in this community. He went to school with these people. He shows up every day because he wants to see the people he grew up with succeed, and he knows that financial knowledge is one of the fastest ways to make that happen.
The backbone of Mesa. Whether you're speaking with them directly or they're working behind the scenes, every person here is focused on one thing: making sure your experience reflects the promise we made.

Mesa Group was built in Bakersfield, California, a city often overlooked but full of hardworking families who deserve better financial opportunities. We serve this community in English, Spanish, and Punjabi because financial guidance should never be limited by language.
We serve Hispanic and Latino families through Mesa Financiera. We serve the Punjabi community through Chaklo Credit. We serve first-generation Americans navigating a system no one explained to them. And we serve anyone who walks through our door ready to build something better.
Bad credit doesn't discriminate. Neither do we.
