MESA & CO CONSULTING LLC DBA MESA GROUP CONSULTING
This TCPA Consent Policy explains how MESA & CO CONSULTING LLC, doing business as Mesa Group Consulting ("Mesa Group," "we," "us," or "our"), obtains, uses, and manages your consent to contact you by telephone, text message (SMS/MMS), and email in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a federal law that regulates telemarketing calls, automated telephone calls, prerecorded messages, text messages, and unsolicited faxes. The TCPA requires companies to obtain prior express written consent before:
In addition, the Federal Communications Commission's "one-to-one consent" rule (effective April 2025) requires that consent for telemarketing communications be:
Mesa Group Consulting is committed to full compliance with the TCPA, FCC rules, and all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.
Mesa Group Consulting separates communications into two distinct categories, each governed by different consent requirements:
Tier 1
These are communications necessary to provide the services you have requested or to secure your account. By providing your phone number and email address when enrolling in our services, you consent to receive service-related communications. See Section 3 for details.
Tier 2
These are communications about offers, promotions, new services, and educational content. We send these only if you provide separate, explicit opt-in consent through a clearly labeled checkbox or other affirmative action. See Section 4 for details.
This separation allows you to receive the service communications you need while giving you full control over whether you receive marketing communications.
(Required for Account Security and Service Delivery)
By providing your phone number and email address when enrolling in Mesa Group Consulting's services, you consent to receive service-related communications, including:
These communications are necessary to provide and secure the services you have requested. They are not subject to TCPA marketing consent requirements because they are transactional in nature. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for SMS marketing purposes. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of service-related communications by following the methods in Section 9, though doing so may impair our ability to deliver services or maintain account security.
(Requires Separate Express Written Consent)
Mesa Group Consulting sends marketing and promotional communications only with your explicit, separate opt-in consent, in compliance with the TCPA and FCC's one-to-one consent rule.
Marketing consent is obtained through:
When you opt in to marketing communications, you will see and affirm language similar to the following:
"I expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Mesa Group Consulting at the phone number and email address I provide, including text messages (SMS/MMS), phone calls (which may use an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice), and emails. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, calling 661-310-3040, or emailing compliance@mesagroupconsulting.com. Message and data rates may apply."
Marketing consent is voluntary. You are not required to provide marketing consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Mesa Group Consulting. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to receive service-related communications (Section 3).
Message frequency varies depending on the services you enroll in and the consents you provide:
